2021 Easter Celebration for Youth

Home / 2021 Easter Celebration for Youth

Due to Covid-19 concerns and required protocols, the Chapel will host a Celebration of Easter on Saturday, April 3, 2020, in lieu of our traditional Easter Egg Hunt. The celebration will emphasize the true meaning of Christ and the Resurrection Story.

Separate age groups will meet in the Fellowship House at staggered times, and in groups no larger than 25 in order to comply with current state mandates:

Ages 2-3 @ 10:30 a.m.

Ages 4-6 @ 11 a.m.

Ages 7-8 @ 11:30 a.m.

Participants will enter through the red door on Scott Ave. for a short program on the meaning of Easter. They will then exit the rear doors on Channel Blvd. and go to the side lawn where they will meet the Easter Bunny and receive a bag of candy-stuffed eggs to hide at home. The Easter Bunny also will have a sweet treat for the children and will be happy to pose for photos with them. After each group exits the Fellowship House, the next one will enter.

Only one family member may accompany their child(ren). Masks for everyone ages 7 and up must be worn inside the Fellowship House. . Parking is readily available around the Chapel and Fellowship House.

We look forward to celebrating Easter with you on Saturday, April 3, 2021!
