I grew up in Roanoke, Va., with my mom, dad, and older brother. I was a homeschool graduate in 2018 and now attend Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., where I’m studying psychology for crisis counseling. Following a call that God has placed on my heart to enter ministry, I’m excited for where God will lead me.
Starting work at a young age, I have had varied work experiences as a barista, optician, marketing director, admissions counselor, and now as a development assistant with Jon Thomas Consulting. Outside of work and school, I enjoy all things outdoors, running, music, and am always up for a cup of coffee and a good chat.
My favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9— “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Youth ministry is near and dear to my heart. From my time as a participant to later serving as a team leader, I am passionate about growing in Christ alongside youth and together embracing community. I look forward to what God has in store this upcoming summer at Emma Anderson Memorial Chapel!
